Ufloat safety standard
We want you to feel safe renting with ufloat as our destinations start moving again. That is why we are introducing the dock-to-dock Safety Standard. Encouraging shared responsibility, and including guidance from health experts, these new measures are designed to help protect the health and safety of everyone who uses our platform.

Health and safety supplies
Ufloat distributes or reimburses Captains Members "safety kits" containing masks and disinfectan for cleaning the boats and gears.

It is mandatory that both Captains and Users to wear their masks at all time.

Ufloat's customer service executives are available to respond to any type of problem or incident that may happen to you, within service hours.

GPS tranking
When the Captain's app is in active mode, the boat will be displayed on the map. Our monitoring team tracks each of the active trips from start to finish. So an investigation can be done in case of an incident or problem.

2-way ratings
For ufloat your comments are the trigger so that your experience is always the best. All trips are monitored by our team and if necessary ufloat can choose not to provide services to Users who do not meet our quality standards.
